Leadership Training
Build Confidence, Character & Real-World Leadership Skills
At OSP, leadership isn’t taught through lectures, it’s developed through experiential challenges, team-based simulations, and confidence-building activities led by expert facilitators. As part of our pre-college summer program for high school students, OSP Scholars develop the ability to lead, communicate, and think independently in environments that mirror real college and professional settings.
Leadership Masterclasses

Beyond-the-Classroom Leadership Activities
Outdoor challenges, team-based missions, cultural experiences, and problem-solving tasks that push our scholars outside their comfort zone, helping them build resilience, initiative, and leadership instincts through real-world practice.
College Life
Living History
As part of our pre-college summer program, Scholars reside in historic colleges such as Somerville, St Hugh’s, and St Anne’s and Linacre, each offering a blend of tradition, comfort, and inspiration.
Dine in grand halls beneath portraits of former scholars, study where great thinkers once wrote their legacies, and find community in spaces where learning has thrived for centuries.
This is more than accommodation, it’s immersion into Oxford life.
