About the Role:
Oxford Scholars Programme (OSP) is a British Accreditation Council and British Council accredited two-week residential summer school at the University of Oxford for high-achieving students aged 14–18. We are recruiting a Partnership & Operations Coordinator to join us on a one-year fixed-term contract from May 2026.
This is a newly created role. You will be OSP’s primary point of contact for external partners — including Oxford colleges, venues, suppliers, and seasonal staff — and will play a central part in ensuring the summer programme runs to the highest standard.
key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with Oxford colleges, venues, and suppliers
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of seasonal programme staff
- Coordinate logistics: timetables, transport, accommodation, and excursions
- Lead accreditation audit preparation (British Council, BAC, NCFE)
- Be fully on-site in Oxford for both summer sessions (July and August 2026)
- Uphold OSP’s safeguarding and child protection policies throughout
What We Are Looking For:
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Experience in or strong aptitude for recruitment and stakeholder management
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable using Notion for documentation and task management — this is OSP’s primary working tool (training provided, but familiarity is a plus)
- Able to commit to weekly in-person presence in Oxford and fully on-site July–August
- Right to work in the UK (we are unable to sponsor visas)
- Commitment to safeguarding; enhanced DBS check required
What We Offer:
- Salary: £27,000–£28,000 per annum
- Fixed-term contract: 1 year (May 2026–April 2027), with potential to extend
- A foundational role with genuine ownership and visible impact
- Close-knit, collaborative team environment
- Clear pathway to a permanent role for the right candidate
Application Process:
Please fill out the application form and attach your CV with a cover note of no more than one page explaining why you are interested in this role and what you would bring to OSP.
We review applications on a rolling basis and may close early if a strong candidate is found — apply promptly.
Application Deadline: 30th April 2026
(Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis, and the position may be filled as soon as a suitable candidate is found.)
OSP is committed to safeguarding and protecting children. All staff members undergo enhanced DBS checks. Only candidates who are successful in their application will be contacted.
