Accommodation & Food

During the programme, students stay at the prestigious Linacre College , St Anne’s College and St Hugh’s College, three of the most vibrant and picturesque colleges at the University of Oxford. They experience historic accommodation, complemented by modern amenities for a comfortable stay. With access to the dining hall, common rooms, college gardens, and lecture halls, students enjoy a well-rounded Oxford experience, making their time truly memorable.

Airport Transfer

​We understand that traveling to a new place can be daunting, so we strive to make your journey as smooth and stress-free as possible. We offer a convenient pick-up and drop-off service from London Heathrow and Gatwick airports to Oxford, and back at the end of the programme. Upon arrival at the airport, students are greeted by an OSP representative who escorts them directly to their accommodation, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless transition to their Oxford experience.
Visa Requirements

For students requiring a visa to attend OSP, it is their responsibility to obtain the necessary visa before traveling. To check if you need a UK visa, visit: www.gov.uk/check-uk-visa. We recommend applying for a Standard Visitor visa, which permits attendance at short courses, including our programme.

It is also important to ensure that your passport has at least 6 months' validity before its expiry, as this is a requirement for entry into the UK.

As OSP is accredited by the British Accreditation Council and registered with the UK Home Office, we are able to provide a visa invitation letter to support your visa application. This letter will be issued once the full deposit has been paid, confirming your place in the programme and helping to facilitate the visa process.
