At the Oxford Scholars Programme, we carefully arrange your stay by booking accommodations in select Oxford colleges. These historic settings provide a unique blend of comfort, tradition, and immersive learning, reflecting the rich academic heritage of the city. To make your journey as seamless as possible, we also coordinate travel arrangements, including airport transfer from London Heathrow.
Accommodation & Food
Participants in our summer courses in Oxford enjoy an authentic student experience, with accommodations carefully booked by OSP in some of the most prestigious colleges. Students stay at Linacre College, St Anne’s College, Somerville College, and St Hugh’s College—four vibrant and picturesque colleges in Oxford. These historic accommodations are complemented by modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. With access to dining halls, common rooms, college gardens, and lecture halls, students immerse themselves in a unique experience, creating unforgettable memories.

Airport Transfer
We understand that traveling to a new place can be daunting, so we strive to make your journey as smooth and stress-free as possible. We offer a convenient pick-up and drop-off service from London Heathrow to Oxford, and back at the end of the programme. Upon arrival, students are warmly greeted by an OSP representative who escorts them directly to their accommodation, providing a seamless transition to their unforgettable summer school experience in Oxford.
Visa Requirements

For students requiring a visa to attend OSP, it is their responsibility to obtain the necessary visa before traveling. To check if you need a UK visa, visit: www.gov.uk/check-uk-visa. We recommend applying for a Standard Visitor visa, which permits attendance at short courses, including our programme.

It is also important to ensure that your passport has at least 6 months' validity before its expiry, as this is a requirement for entry into the UK.

As OSP is accredited by the British Accreditation Council and registered with the UK Home Office, we are able to provide a visa invitation letter to support your visa application. This letter will be issued once the full deposit has been paid, confirming your place in the programme and helping to facilitate the visa process.
