What is Stress?

Some stress is totally normal and can even give you a boost (like when you miraculously finish an assignment five minutes before the deadline), but too much can wear you down. If you’re constantly feeling anxious, irritable, or just plain exhausted, it might be time to hit pause and figure out how to manage that stress before it takes over.
