Key Responsibilities: 

​

Regional Marketing Strategy 

​

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional marketing strategy that aligns with OSP’s overall goals and objectives. 

  • Identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape within [Region]. 

  • Leverage market insights to tailor OSP’s messaging, branding, and promotional activities for maximum impact. 

 

Campaign Planning and Execution

  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute result-oriented marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and enrolment. 

  • Coordinate across various marketing channels, including digital, social media, print, events, and partnerships. 

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials, content, and visuals. 

 

Stakeholder Engagement 

​

  • Build and nurture relationships with educational institutions, agencies, partners, and relevant organisations within [Region]. 

  • Represent OSP at regional events, fairs, and conferences to enhance visibility and networking opportunities. 

  • Foster strong connections with key stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers to promote OSP’s offerings. 

 

Digital Presence and Online Marketing:

  • Oversee the digital marketing efforts for [Region], including website optimization, SEO, SEM, and social media. 

  • Manage online advertising campaigns to enhance OSP’s online visibility and drive traffic to relevant platforms. 

  • Analyse digital performance metrics and leverage insights to optimise online marketing strategies. 

 

Lead Generation and Conversion

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract prospective students and parents within [Region]. 

  • Create and manage effective lead nurturing processes to guide leads through the enrollment journey. 

  • Collaborate with admissions teams to ensure seamless lead-to-enrollment conversion processes. 

 

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns in [Region]. 

  • Utilise data-driven insights to refine strategies, make informed decisions, and demonstrate return on investment. 

 

Budget Management

Qualifications and Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. 

  • Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the education sector or related industries. 

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices. 

  • Excellent strategic thinking, planning, and execution abilities. 

  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems. 

  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, partnership building, and networking. 

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. 

  • Willingness to travel within [Region] and occasionally internationally. 

  • Fluency in English. Additional languages relevant to [Region] is a plus.
