Key Responsibilities:

Digital Content Creation 

​

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Lead and team member to develop compelling and relevant digital content for OSP’s online channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and more. 

  • Produce engaging written, visual, and multimedia content that aligns with OSP’s brand voice and resonates with target audiences. 

 

Social Media Management 

​

  • Assist in managing OSP’s social media platforms, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement. 

  • Monitor social media trends, conversations, and feedback to ensure timely responses and optimise engagement. 

 

Website Support 

​

  • Assist in maintaining and updating the OSP website, ensuring content accuracy and user-friendliness. 

  • Collaborate with the team to optimise website content for search engines (SEO) and user experience. 

 

Digital Advertising and Promotion 

​

  • Support the planning and execution of digital advertising campaigns, including social media ads, PPC, and display ads. 

  • Monitor campaign performance and contribute to optimization strategies for better results. 

Analytics and Reporting 

  • Utilise web analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital initiatives. 

  • Assist in generating regular reports on key metrics, analysing data to provide insights and recommendations. 

 

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with the Marketing Lead and team members to ensure alignment of digital strategies with overall marketing objectives. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels. 

 

Continuous Learning 

​

  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance OSP’s digital efforts. 

  • Participate in professional development opportunities to expand skill set and contribute to team growth. 

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field. 

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, and digital advertising. 

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems. 

  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and strategies. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair. 

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. 

  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
